Down with Southern Mythology. We're Tired of It
This Atlantic article, written by a competent historian rips the scab off the reality about the venerated Southern general. It sickens me that after the murder of George Floyd, across the south we managed to finally remove Confederate names from some schools and other public institutions, only to see MAGA loving right-wingers reinstitute them this year.
